Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Jayposa, we always want you to love what you receive. But just in case you need to return something, here’s how it works:

  • Customers are eligible to request a return within 5 days of delivery.

  • From June 10, 2025, we will be pausing returns & exchanges (except in cases of damaged, defective, or incomplete deliveries). This helps us serve you faster and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth delays.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, don’t worry — we’ll sort it out with a refund or store credit (after a quick check).

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  • If a prepaid order is refused at delivery and you wish to have it re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

  • Store credits (valid with no expiry date) will be processed within 2 business days of receiving & inspecting the returned item.

  • A ₹100 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Notes

  • Please take an unboxing video in case you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete order. Share it with us within 48 hours, along with clear pictures.

  • Orders not reported within this period will not be eligible for return/replacement.

  • Once returns are processed, refunds will be issued as store credits only.
